XBOX 360

1. Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings.

2. Select Edit Settings.

3. Under Basic Settings, check to make sure the IP Settings is on Automatic.

4. Now go to Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings.

5. The physical address will be listed under “Wired MAC Address.” Write this number down and submit this number to the Device Registration Page through the “register a device” secton.

6. Restart the Xbox360.

PS3

The easiest way to get the Playstation 3 to connect to the internet would be to use the built-in internet browser. Enter your information just like you would for your laptop and you should be set.

If You can’t do this, follow the step by step instructions below.

1. Power up the PlayStation 3 without any disc in the drive.

2. Once the PlayStation 3 operating system has loaded, select “Settings.”

3. Once you are in “Settings” select “Network Settings.”

4. When the “Network Settings” list appears, select the first option which is titled “Settings and Connection Status List.”

5. The physical address will be listed under “MAC Address.” Write this number down and submit this number to the Device Registration Page through the “register a device” secton.

6. Restart the PS3.

PS2

The easiest way to set up a PS2 with internet access is to look at the sticker attached to the adapter and enter the MAC address on the Device Registration Page.

If you don’t have the sticker or MAC address, follow these steps to locate your MAC.

1. Power on the PS2 and load the Network Adapter Startup Disk .

2. Press X on the controller to enter ISP Setup , press X again to continue after the setup has loaded.

3. Press X to continue twice after the PS2 searches for and finds the network adapter.

4. Select New from the menu and press X.

5. In the ISP Setting dialog box, type UW-Stout and press X.

6. At the next screen, select Yes , and press X.

7. Select Automatic Settings on the next screen and press X.

8. Select No at the screen asking for a Required username and password , then press X.

9. Select No again when it asks if you have a Required DHCP hostname , and press X.

10. The PS2 will begin testing the network connection. When the test fails, a dialog box will appear. Press Select and the PS2 network adapter address will be listed in the blue box under Hardware MAC Address.

11. Enter this number in the Device Registration Page.

Wii

The Wii is more complicated to register than the other consoles.  If you plan on using a USB to Ethernet adapter, you can try and use the web browser, or use the sticker on the device, or follow the steps below.

1. Turn on your Wii.

2. From the Wii Menu select Wii Options. (It is the round button in the lower left corner that says “Wii”.)

3. Select Wii Settings.

4. Scroll to the right to Wii System Settings 2.

5. Select Internet.

6. Select Console Information.

7. The physical address will be listed under “MAC Address.” Write this number down and submit this number to the Device Registration Page through the “register a device” secton.

8. Restart the Wii.
