If we order 15 T shirts, we can get 5 free. 15 X 8 = 120, 20 X 6 = 120. They wouldn't have handles on them, unless people pay the extra to get the handle.
In short, lets get at least 15 people who want the shirts, then get 5 for basically free, and maybe sell them or give them away at lans or something.

I'd be interested in a custom XL polo, but I'm in the Twin Cities with March Fools being the next event I think I can make it to. How could we work that? Mail a check/paypal now and pick it up then? As a custom job, I'm not sure you'd want to have it just hanging around without some money on the table

Just talked to the guys up at fleet feet and they are finishing up the order. I'll have all of the shirts available at the LAN for pickup, but remember to bring your cash/check in order to pick them up.
